Zi Shen has been an integral part of the Axflix since 2018, serving as the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder. Axflix provides IT consultation services to ARB Berhad, with Zi Shen acting as our dedicated IT consultant throughout this period. In 2020, the joint-venture company ARB Axflix was established as a collaboration between ARB and Axflix. Recognizing Zi Shen's exceptional skills, he was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer of ARB Berhad in September 2022.

Zi Shen's expertise lies in accelerating the growth of companies through strategic software and solutions delivery initiatives. By closely collaborating with stakeholders, leadership teams, engineering, and product management teams, Zi Shen ensures the seamless integration of industry-leading technologies into the market. His primary focus remains on delivering company solutions promptly while simultaneously enhancing core product capabilities. Zi Shen is actively leading the transition from traditional industry practices to cloud-hosted deployments, revolutionizing the way businesses operate. Notably, in July 2023, he was appointed as the Executive Director, responsible for overseeing the technology roadmap and strategies.

With nearly two decades of experience in the telecommunications and software solutions space, Zi Shen boasts a proven track record of overseeing successful teams and driving innovation. Prior to joining Axflix and ARB Berhad, he held esteemed executive leadership positions with prominent IT companies, including his role as Chief Technology Officer at AttreLogix. Zi Shen's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, China, and a Master's Degree in Data Science from the University of Malaya, Malaysia.
